- You accept these Terms & Conditions fully
3. Project Agreement & Scope
- Each project will be defined by a written agreement, proposal, or contract
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately
- Timelines may vary depending on client responsiveness and project complexity
4. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (advance, milestone, or full payment)
- Delay in payments may result in:
- Project delay
- Suspension of services
- All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information and required materials on time
- Give timely feedback and approvals
- Ensure they have rights to all provided content (images, logos, etc.)
Delays from the client side may affect delivery timelines.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy (IMPORTANT)
- If a client wishes to cancel a project, a minimum 1-month prior written notice is mandatory
- If a project is cancelled without valid reason or without proper notice, cancellation charges will apply
- Charges will be calculated based on:
- Work already completed
- Resources allocated
- Time invested
- Any advance payment made is non-refundable
- Ongoing monthly services require at least 30 days’ notice before termination
7. Intellectual Property
- All final deliverables become the client’s property only after full payment is completed
- Harmedia Agency reserves the right to:
- Showcase completed work in portfolio
- Use project samples for marketing purposes
8. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and agree not to disclose any sensitive business information unless:
- Required by law
- Authorized by the client
9. Limitation of Liability
Harmedia Agency shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, hosting, etc.)
10. Third-Party Tools & Services
We may use third-party platforms such as:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Hosting Providers
- Plugins or software
We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies of these platforms.
11. Revisions & Modifications
- Limited revisions may be included as per the agreement
- Additional revisions will be charged separately
12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The client violates terms
- Payments are not made
- There is misuse of services
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana.
